day 7 goooood mornin fs world just wakin up..slept thru the normal wake up time..so guess no workout this morning at the gym...kept busy yesterday an cut grass after lunch..usually next day after i cut grass..just not worth 2 cents...so gonna take today off..well..i say im takin today off...but im sure i will end up doing some kind of movement...raining again...so guess i will get up an get my act together...get this day started once again...hope everyone has a great one...
332.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
