day 4...goood mornin.. been rainin most of the night..kept up an busy yesterday for the morning part of the day..cleaned bathroom..not one of my favorite parts of the house to keep up with and then got my road bike high enough so i could air up the tires..i use to ride last year till i fell off the healthy wagon...several things happened...mom passed away..moved into her house..finding out it needs some attention for the last 15 years..just to be able to stay in it..lots of stress and unhealthy eating followed..but my head is on straight again..and i can see the light at the end of my tunnel..my mind is in the right place again..im also learning to live without alot of sugar in my life...chocolate has been my buddy for so long...ive been off it for 4 days an yes i miss it an yet no i dont...cant explain it...might have to cancel my short ride this morning...less it stops raing by 6am...if i dont do my exercise by then...then i usually dont go any later..everyone is up an on the road by then...to many people to keep track of..lol...

update...back from a 45:56 min bike ride...
fastest i got was 12.5..
slowest was 8.3
6.35 miles
was a great ride..even though its not one of my better rides..gotta start somewhere...i could hear my back time sayin...i think you have gained some flab since you was on me last time..can you work it off please...lol
335.8 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
