Lots of snacking last night ... York Peppermint Patty 100 calorie bars, Eating Right Cheese Potato Crisps, Dove Dark Chocolate Mini's ... I think that about covers it. It could have been worse and I was not on "auto-pilot" .... simply felt like eating and chose to do so.

Must get in the shower. Duty calls!!

Five wonderful things today that I am grateful for ..

more wood delivered to keep us warm

tasty snacks that satisfy cravings

families who care for their children

a fan to turn on at night when I have a hot flash

colleagues who really do want to team and work together

Sarah it's the hot flashes!!! So weird ... I KNOW it is not hot in our house but I wake up on "fire", sweating, and need to cool off!! Probably should just go outside and roll around in a snow bank naked, eh?? LOL!!! Yes, the snacks could have been much worse ... I'm okay with them. Just can't do it EVERY night!! Take care!!

Dove Dark chocolate is THE BEST!!! Yum. And dark chocolate has health benefits so I think you are just fine with that snack. :)

ha! ha! Unfortunately we don't have a lot of snow so it would be painful right now ... what we do have is frozen and crusty!! IF I do try it ... IF we get more snow ... NO PICTURES!!! LOL!!!

I finished putting in all my calories from yesterday ... or at least what I thought I ate. I did not weigh the pita chips so I am guesstimating based on what I ate the night before. YIKES!!! But ... it could have been worse. Pretty cool that I was only up a little less than a pound.

If you're going to have a roll, I hope your snow is a little cleaner than ours. The Narnia winter wonderland scene has gone now that they've brought the sheep down off the hills past our front door and the tractors carrying hay for the pigs and cattle have dropped bits as they go past.

Lol re no pictures of the snow rolling. Nice on only being up a pound after all those yummy snacks. Just shows we can indulge from time to time and not have to FREAK out about it.

I did enjoy the snacks ... no guilt ... very conscious choices ... hope to avoid a repeat tonight though but I am feeling HUNGRY ... but I bought some very tasty oranges and I do have apples too!!
