Whoa. I am happy and a little confused at the same time. Which protocol exactly is giving me this amazing two day drop. Is is the 1 meal a day 24 HR IF? Is is the fact that that meal is a LCHF? Or could it be both working together as a magical super fat loss secret weapon? I don't know but I like it. I will repeat this protocol today through Saturday. I changed my diet in my profile on Monday and it changed my starting weight to that day. I guess it makes sense. For this reason, I will weigh in on Monday mornings. Have a great day warriors.
237.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water Weight due to muscle glycogen depletion resulting from your cutting your carb intake. Keep going. You probably have another couple/three pounds of water to drop; then you'll be able to see what your diet really does. Good luck. IF/LC has been the best for me.

Thanks everyone. IF/LC is working for me. I really want to hit the weights soon. I miss lifting but I will hold out until next week. I don't want my body to break/shut down from all the rapid changes. I will try and hold off until next week. I am little excited to see this drop and want to keep it up.

Don't get spoiled to the big drops Ches, it will slow, but down it will keep going. Like my Dr told me, keep doing whatever it is you are doing, it's working!

@suzytrws, I still haven't returned to exercising and it is almost 4 weeks now. It may be a blessing in disguise because I am really really getting the swing of this LCHF despite a close call yesterday and I even had a glass of wine on my 2nd and 3rd day and averaged 32 grams of carbs for my 1st 3 days and the scale continues to blow my mind this morning.
