2 pounds down - back to where I was when I got off track.

Busy Saturday - going to mall with a friend - may do more walking than shopping.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome Buffy on the 2 pounds gone...I have to do the same thing and get back on track..boy it doesn't take long to put them ugly things on again..but we both know its mostly fluid..Have a great walk at the mall you can do alot of that just browsing..catch you later my friend....☺
