I am at it again. I fell down and went boom. I am starting a new program. I have to make this work. I am registered for the York Relay for Life 4-29-2016, Lower Carbon County Relay for Life 6-4-2016. I am weighing in April 30, and whatever the weight loss is will be the miles walked for the 6-4-2016 Relay. My foot & ankle DR's office is sponsoring my June relay. Thnx for being there and not judging my fallings...not failings.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
