159.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 18.2 lb a week

Don't let the added pounds get you discouraged:) I go through ups and downs and it's a few things that add the weight: I think stress has a lot to do with it, I drink coffee and have noticed that I gain weight from that and of course not eating healthy. Take a look at the days prior and see what has been different. Hopefully that will help you understand:)
