Got back last night from a 12-day trip to San Diego. Drove out there and back and put more than 4,000 miles on my car. It was brutal, but I don't feel as bad as I expected to. Also didn't gain as much weight as I thought I had. I'm excited about going back to my normal low-cal eating habits now. Will write more later, gotta catch up on work.
