9st 11 (0.5 on at WW) Cross with myself today, I really thought I'd have gone down a little. But I haven't been brilliant, as even the most cursory scan of my food logs shows! I haven't been using my WW app, only the calories, so maybe it's time to go back to using that as well. Altho of course it doesn't matter what app I use if I keep tucking away all that crap!! I feel really disappointed with myself. Couple of weeks left before I go to Bath and put a load more on! Ah well, fall down seven(ty!) times, get up eight(y)!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't feel disappointed, You'll be able to get massive steps in when you go to Bath, like I did in Scarborough. Love love love going away on little breaks 😀
