lettygaylor's Journal, 11 March 2016

So I haven't weighed in for a while. I have been SUPER busy. My husband works in the oil field and had to take a pay cut, thankfully he still has a job, many have been laid off. It hasn't gotten to the point where I have had to look for another job, but I have taken on more classes at the gym. I now teach 8 classes, five are general group fitness and three Zumba classes. I also try to cover any of the other instructor's classes when they are sick or just can't make it, it helps that I have two certifications. And it seems like the past few weeks a lot of the other instructors have been a bit under the weather or going out of town. So I have been working my butt off. The only problem is that I haven't been very healthy with my eating. I pretty much been eating whatever. It's time to get back on track. It's time to get myself back into where I would like to be with my weight range. That would be between 150-155. So I got a bit of work to do, but after losing 130 pounds I'm pretty sure I can handle this! Y'all have a great day and don't let setbacks discourage you. Like the Japanese proverb says, "Fall down seven times get up eight." It's time to get up.

Thanks everyone! We are just thankful that he still has a job. Many have been laid off. And we have been through tough times before. I always save money to get us through these lean times. The difference is in the past I have never worked. During those times, I was a stay at home mom but now that I am a fitness instructor I am able to contribute to our finances and that makes me feel so much better.
