I think I have it going on now....salad and a small piece of meat for dinner.....salad and fruit for lunch....3 crackers and cheese for breakfast....I never did eat breakfast but doctor okayed the 3 crackers and cheese....Spring is here so that means more exerise working on the new gardens...
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

I have to have a decent sized breakfast myself within an hour or so of getting up, or else I feel sick. If you can get away with that small brekkie, though, good for you. :)
