Asarver's Journal, 01 March 2016

So I'm gonna complain about this week. I was super psyched because my half week check up was at 155 lbs (1.2 down), but then TOM decided to come Sunday, and I am a bloated cow. Needless to say, I have some water weight. UGH.

Anyways, I did play volleyball 3 times this week, and ran 4 times, and that is my goal again for this week. Still thinking of reward ideas for my milestones. Open to suggestions!

155.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can't fight nature. Water weight isn't fat weight. Be happy you didn't bloat with fat. You're fine. You could so easily be my niece's twin. The likeness is uncanny.
