160.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cant figure out how to correct my start weight, I get an error message saying I have saved an earlier diet so I cant change it but I am now setting off at 300llbs I am doing the 800 cals per day for 8 weeks for medical reasons so the weight loss will be dramatic I also race motorcycles so I need to shed a lot to go faster
