Up 3 lbs from last week. Normally this will bother me big time, but just returning from vacation (in which every day was a "cheat" day) all things considered I should be happy that it was only 3 extra pounds gained. Well, back to reality. Need to stay the course and get these 3 lbs back off before my next weigh in.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
