My weight is up a little but considering all that I have eaten out lately, which is highly unusual, I feel pretty good about it. Last night we didn't have power for 3 hours so everything I was going to do, including my workout didn't get done, but hubby and I had a nice chat while sitting on the couch in the dark. The lights came back on just as we were getting into bed for the night. I had a good chuckle about that. Enjoy the quiet times, it seems they come too often!
172.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
