Back again. Have a conference in June that I would really like to be able to walk around at without a cane. So 30 lbs should be an achievable goal given the amount of time I have to work with.
298.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
