Lol my baby is 14 months lol .... I was 263.5 right after I gave birth and now I'm 236.5 ... I had a brief pregnancy before my son and I gained weight from that too but that's goal two.... I'm trying to work back through different significant periods of time in my life. ... 226 is a goal from the miscarriage and 220 (I know those two are close but whatever lol) 220 is when someone at a party pointed out how fat I was in front of the whole group and no one said a word in my defense. I don't know why I have it I'm my head that if I work through it like this it will take the hurt along with the pounds.... worth a shot. :D

I used to eat because I was bored. No focused on making more, better decisions. You can do it I mean it. Log your food. All your food. It is making a difference for me. You can do it.

I have 3 kids all 4 years apart- all 3 pregnancies Ive gained 65 lbs- I struggled after each pregnancy and was always in the mid 200's when I gave birth and always managed to get to around 180/190ish... Just keep going u will get there. I am currently 235/237 lbs- tomorrow marks 1 month since I started eating healthier again and exercising so I'm excited to see my weight-- DONT worry take one day at a time- its not easy but its worth it... way too go though !!

Go YOU! You are doing a fantastic job! Now you know what doing this successfully feels like, so you have momentum on your side to keep going towards your other goals. Extra weight you can lose. Being a nasty person who is capable of shaming someone else over her appearance--at a PARTY no less--is a character flaw that isn't likely to go away. You are beautiful in your picture, and I have come to know that you are smart, funny, loving, dedicated, flexible, giving, and compassionate. The extra weight is just a temporary detour in life, and you are working your way right back to the road you want to be on. I love hearing you feel so proud of yourself and happy and excited! Keep it up! We're all so proud of and happy for you too!

thank you thank you thank you!! :D my benchmarks might be a little odd but whatever keeps me motivated ! thank you fred.... I come from a line of strong Irish women ... just never really applied to to weight loss before. I think she did that at the party because she was significantly larger than me. I never said anything about her ... but i guess she needed to take the attention of herself. either way... really sucked. ... ya she isn't the nicest person I've met. I wish her well anyway. kpwcalories you just have some of the nicest things to say. really put a smile on my face :D you all did.

Awesome work and I know how you feel. I had three beautiful kids ages 9, 7, and 2 and they were all 10lbs each and I gained 100 lbs for each pregnancy. I thought I would never lose the weight, but after I had my last and final baby (I was 246 when I gave birth to him) I worked hard and ate right and loss over 100 lbs and went back down to 144. Back to my high school weight. So exciting. If you work hard and keep your eye on the goal you can do anything. Keep going and stay positive.
