For some reason, returning to school has pushed me into a 'no wine zone' and a real craving for of all things, salad. Taking my vitamins and a few meds, protein shakes...not ever hungry. I am blessed beyond words.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 108.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
