Ended fat fast last night and had shrimp with my cream cheese and celery. Going to Red Lobster tonight. Won't have the biscuits, rice, potato. Will have the salad no croutons, fish, and veggies.

Headed to Vegas Monday. Will be mindful of food. Plan on doing lots of walking.


We just have to find what works for each of us!


147.0 lb Lost so far: 128.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Enjoy dinner at Red Lobster. Don't know if they have the never ending shrimp promotion now or not but that's always good, especially when doing low carb.

I signed up for your challenge but I really need help with a daily menu. I have never been able to figure out what to eat.

For me one of the things that makes daily menu planning easier is planning out what I'm going to buy from the grocery store I go once every other week so I'm trying to plan two weeks out know what to buy going to have a real good idea what to fix

That is the best way to do it, blkbear ... and you are right. We buy a lot of food that we can freeze as we live so far from the store. I tend to buy ingredients for recipes I see and then forget why I bought them. LMAO!
