following the whole foods, plant based plan, since Dec 1, Daily Dozen since Dec 10. Feel so much better. Results fabulous!
116.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The new book HOW NOT TO DIE is excellent on plant based nutrition for health but also, as a side effect, seems to take off the extra pounds. I heart the author, Dr Michael Greger, speak in Tucson last Sunday & he is amazing. Practices what he preaches, too. His DAILY DOZEN plan makes the plant based diet easier to follow, I think. And he bases this on scientific research, so not just some personal ideas. This is now my nutrition bible! Just made the NYT best seller list, too! Maybe we will have more people going plant-based.
