Waist 93cm. Finished slim fast and changed allowance to slow weight loss (1800/day) but still trying to keep closer to 1500. Pleased with result esp with 3 vine lunches & macdonalds, and finding I'm less hungry in the evenings so it's not so bad. Still have calories spare for a treat usually too:)
174.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
