its that time of year....cough ...cold/sinuis....fever...feel like royal crap....eating all the wrong things...on and off sleep....sugar all over the place....i have a doc appt today so we'll see what he has to say...does anyone have a gun...please just shoot me......I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

all my blood work was okay...doc upped my night insulin 2 units for a week to see if my morning readings go back to normal....and of course he again suggested exercise....who the heck feels like doing that when your sick...thats what i told him....I will get back on track when i start feeling better.....

Exercise helps, but it's really all about input vs output. Just learning how to manage flexible dieting was enough to turn my weight gain around. Good luck,
