I really want to be 70kgs by the end of this year! Exercise is my greatest challenge, my portions are on point.

Nutrition is the key,, don't stress over exercise ,, except for maybe moderate walking . Eat healthy stay away from all sugar and grains and you should drop .

Kittism,thanks,am really trying with water. Does taking herbal tea without sugar count for water?
