Again a good weight loss day - I am 400g down, just 400 short of a new, lowest weigh-in. I felt kinda iffy yesterday, but had all my calories. I feel kinda iffy today too - not sure whether I'll be going to work or not. We'll see.

Actually, my feeling ill seems to be somewhat a luxury problem. I have been on two different kinds of blood pressure medication, and some months ago I had one of them taken off - not needing it any longer. Well, it seems that my blood pressure may be low again, and I need to (hopefully) get rid of medicine #2. I will know after a doctor's visit Friday. I really need it fixed, ans I am not fit for exercising, and I have a new membership pass to the GOOD local gym. There's a 9 months wait list to get in, and I'm finally in! :)

Fantastic about getting in the good gym... I assume the others are "pants". Interesting about your blood pressure tablets. My hubby takes 4 different lots of tablets for his blood pressure. Since loosing weight, his BP sometimes gets pretty low... He has spoken to the doc... But he is reluctant to take him off any of them, as it goes up and down Nd is quite erratic. I am hoping once he retires next year, looses some more weight and is more active (is office bound, so fairly sedentary) his BP might settle a bit and he may be able to come off some of his tablets.

Having high blood pressure is a royal pain in the rear, Sk1nny. What I hate the most is that I suck at remembering to take my medicine, and then I leave it at home. The my blood pressure rises. When it does, I get that same feeling as if I am nervous of something, and that makes me feel that I am nervous or that I forgot something important. It's a horrible feeling and it can really bug me. ...but of course, it's not at all as much a bother as my weight before I started losing. I just didn't realize it. :)
