Slowly easing back into exercise after a hectic cold I had for two weeks, but managed to do an 18km mountain bike ride last Saturday and did a bit of barre and walking workouts this week. Also back to food tracking this week and so far so good. Will try to keep the weekend under control and then September will be a big push to get down to 66kg hopefully.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
