Moving down!!! I've been trying harder this week at watching the calories and doing a little bit extra moving. Thanks to all my buddies for giving me some ideas/advice to get the weight loss going again! It's helped!! While out running the last 2 days, I have tried to incorporate some 'sprints' into my running. They don't last long, just hydro pole to the next hydro pole. But I've realized that I need to do this to help increase my overall pace as it has been slacking.

The last 2 nights have been busy as well. I always put up some fresh blueberries in the freezer so that I have them for my oatmeal or for baking. Well, it's blueberry season and so I've been at it, putting blueberries in freezer bags. Last night I had to go to get more as I need a few more for the freezer and some for eating. My son was delighted with the fresh blueberries saying they were 'super sweet'! I've also been busy with laundry as we have vacation next week and plan on leaving Saturday morning for the lake.

Tonight after work we will have to go to my parents and do the odd jobs need to done so that I can go on vacation with a clean conscience that they have been taken care of! Plus tonight will be packing and cleaning. Busy, busy!

Wonderful loss, Patty!! So glad you were able to find a way to give yourself a boost. It can get so disheartening when our efforts are unrewarded. Vacation sounds wonderful right about now, good luck with all of the chores and I hope you have an amazing vacation, you deserve it!
