Woke at 212.4 and came home at 213.0. Lots of walking today, 18K steps and 10.5 miles as of 10pm. That’s a new step record for me but we're probably done for the night! Did a HIIT treadmill session and weighed in at 209.0. So, up .8 from three days ago, but in the interim, I ate two wonderful lunches, one dinner, enjoyed an open bar, and amazing dessert stations at a true five star hotel. All for .8 pounds. Yes, please! Now we are back after it. Made my 1830 calorie goal today, but the keto deal is taking some adjusting to get the fats up. Got cheese and nuts on the shopping list! Cheers. Bill

Bill! How cool! You were really out there hobnobbing! So freakin' cool! Once day some guy will be sitting at one of these dinners and when you go to get your achievement award, they will say ... I know that guy ... that Bill Pratt!! :0) Great job getting those steps in too.. WOW!
