Fluctuating around again the last few days. Had the total munchies all day Monday, soooo hungry, so I had some extra food (still within my flexible plan, though). Mike commented that I was saying 'I'm hungry!' all day. Possibly due to the long walk on Sunday having depleted some glycogen supplies?

Still a bit peckish yesterday!

Not a bit hungry today, and actually feeling kind of full and fat, but ate breakfast anyway, as I don't want to start the hunger pangs again! Won't eat lunch till I feel I need it, and might manage with a smaller dinner or without snacks tonight if this lack of hunger keeps up!

So expecting a better weigh-in any day now 😀

Some days are like that.

Yes and I think you're far enough along that you recognize the cues your body is giving you for what they truly are and responding accordingly (i.e., eating for 'fuel' vs. mindless eating/snacking). As you said, you stayed within range and as long you're not eating 'junk' then eating more one day and less the next based on needs is normal.

I always take hunger pangs as a sign of an active metabolism. When I go a few days comfortably on 1300-1400 calories even though I'm working out I will boost my intake for a couple days in an effort to kind of reset my metabolism. It works, I'll eat more and be more hungry. I do this because in the past I have had perfect weeks (exercise/intake) and had the scale not budge. I attributed this to my body adapting, kind of a starvation mode. As far as the results of my madness, we will see lol.
