aggie95's Journal, 31 July 2015

Okay, so down a bit but I don't expect that to last long. I've workout out everyday this week and plan to carry that on as always but there is just too much good food to eat these days like blueberries, cherries, peaches, sweet corn, new potatoes. Plus the milk cow is back in production meaning lots of fresh whole milk. Just keep thinking moderation and if I don't want to record it, don't eat it!!

Cheers buddies!
