Happy Friday, Buddies!

Finally saw a little movement down on the "Idiot Box" today. In July, I have eaten higher carbs and could feel the weight loss slow down. There seems to be a "sweet spot" for me for total carbs so I continue to experiment!

Oh yeah - forgot that tonight I am making food to celebrate DH's birthday. I had some Maryland crabs shipped in for him, and I am making a small filet mignon, too. His other favorite is Key Lime pie... Argh! I will do portion control but already know the carbs will be higher!

ADDENDUM: the crabs were so good, we decided to save the meat for Saturday!

Happy Friday to you too. I have found that 40-60 carbs per day is my sweet spot when I am trying to maintain. Right now I have reset my goal and I am trying to lose 5 lbs. You should look at my weight chart, it looks like a saw blade, up, down,up,down.
