Haven't overeaten yet today, but I'm feeling like I may go there. I'm having a hard time turning around my thoughts.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

It is hard, by you can do it if you try. Take a walk. Do some stretches. Drink a glass of water. Brush your teeth. If you have some room in you calories for the day, find a healthy snack that you could eat if you really need something. If all else fails, go to bed early. :) Hang in there.

Yup - IZZY is right. In fact, I often suggest brushing your teeth. Also fill yourself up with water!
