Well, here I am again. Back at 211 lbs and feeling horrible. This time I'm feeling it in my joints. I took a beating helping mom with the move and the estate sale and having this excess weight made it doubly hard. I fell down the stairs and sprained my right ankle and then the left knee started hurting as I put more weight on that leg while hobbling around. Even my neck and shoulder have been hurting like hell.

But I'm finally getting more control over my life since mom is less stressed out and pretty well settled in to her new house. I've been helping her widowed best friend too, so I've just been super tired trying to keep my freelance biz going. No sleep, extra responsibility, poor diet = recipe for health disaster.

The last few days I've been able to get a good 6 to 7 hours of sleep and that helps a lot. Mr C and I decided to try cleaning up our diet yesterday. I need to record what I'm eating. Yesterday I did well until late afternoon. I had cravings for unhealthy food all evening. I caved in and had an ice cream sandwich before I went to bed. Got to try harder today.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
