Been a bad, bad girl. Between work, and social obligations I've lapsed in my responsibility to myself.

Just saw my GI on the 24th and found out that according to his scales I haven't lost a pound in 3 years. Also can be interpreted that I haven't gained one either Whew!

Had my physical last Thursday, and am down 6 pounds since I saw her in October. So time to get super motivated:

A) Jason Momoa is going to be at Phoenix Comic.con the 28th thru 31st and I know there will be a line waiting for his autograph. Soo excited.

B) Leave on June 18th for my Alaskan Cruise and I have to be mobile!

So need support from all my Fat Secret buddies as this morning started at the courthouse expediting my passport application, followed by the Motor Vehicle Department for an up to date Handicapped Parking placard.

Pray for me if you pray. Send me well wishes or admonishments as needed.

I thank you all for being there!

I don't know who Jason Momoa is and I would rather than go to the dentist than on a cruise, but I'm excited for you!
