And so my roller coaster continues to travel!!! I'm going out to dinner tonight so no doubt I will be fluctuating back up tomorrow morning ... but then actually ... even when I am "good" I still fluctuate!! And it will only be one meal ... not a full out eat everything in sight all day long!! LOL!!!

It is Saturday. It is almost 8 am ... a little late start for me. Coffee just finished brewing, I've got the laundry sorted and ready to start here in just a bit, hubby has already left for work and mom will be taking off here in an hour or so. What shall I do with myself other than laundry and my elliptical workout? Not really sure yet but I will come up with something!!

I finished my quarterly notes yesterday for July/August/September!!!

Dinner with friends tonight

Migraine yesterday but it passed and I was able to stay at work!
