The Queen Bee of Fluctuations Still Rules!!!
Yesterday
Calories Expended - 3002
Calories Consumed - 1334

Okay ... I know ... it is not really possible to gain 2 lbs when you have a 1600+ calorie deficit the day before!! Which is why I think I shall just name myself the Queen Bee of Fluctuations!! LOL!!! I get so darn excited when I see 170-something and think okay ... I stay focused and it will come down and I will finally see 175!! So ... I stay focused and the next morning I get on the scale and I'm at 180 again. This is really good practice for me to stay "in the moment" and to not fret about the numbers. But good grief I must say some days it is very annoying. But hey ... I have very little to really complain about ... I have stayed in this range for 4 months now ... 4 MONTHS!!!! I have not gained anything back ... I am feeling good ... pretty darn wonderful success story.

My five today ...

1. FRIDAY!!!! Oh yes!!!
2. I sorted through my piles on my desk and I can see parts of my desks ... LOL!!
3. My fatsecret buddies ...
4. At least part of the day home alone with the canines tomorrow ...
5. Payday!!!

So ... I'm feeling sentimental today ... and just want all of you to know how much I appreciate you ... how much I enjoy being a small part of your lives and getting to hear about your adventures along this path. You give me hope, encouragement, and remind me why I am here and just how far I have traveled. You all ROCK!!!

I don't know when it will happen...but you're gonna have a breakthrough where you drop into the 170's and never see 180 again! I just know it! Have you considered changing up your exercise routine? A fitness trainer told me it's best - for weightloss - to vary the workout; change the pace and the length of time every other day or so, to prevent your body from going into a 'comfort zone'. He said your body gives you less and less payoff for the same effort if you do basically the same routine, in the same way, every day. ....Something to consider, if you're not already doing this.

The only time I change up my exercise is on the weekends when I do more ... so yes ... that's an idea to consider. Thanks.

Maybe your gain is just some water retention. We appreciate you too! Happy Friday! :)

Strange how our bodies seem like these weird animals completely separate from the person inside our heads. We do things right. We take care of these creatures - our bodies - we nurture them and give them good food. Then - what do they do? They poof up on us like stubborn little - or big - pets! Carry on - my friend! Carry on! Some results lie "outside our circle."
