9st 6.5lb (1.5 on at WW after dinner so I can start staying for the meeting, so I was ok with that gain, esp after big loss previous week when ill) Staying the same at home this week was a pleasant surprise, I was sure I'd have gained some of that illness loss, so I'm really chuffed. But the very best news of all is that, owing I'm sure to plentiful Easter chocolate, I turn out to be the lightest member of the household today!! This happens very rarely, I think only once before a couple of years ago, when Melissa is especially backed up or something! But it's a source of such joy to me :-) Melissa hates it lol, altho her BMI is still much lower than anyone else's as she's taller than her sister and I :-)
132.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, have you seen the new Bounts challenge? Do 26 miles in 2 weeks and get 100 points. I've just downloaded RunKeeper and am off to start the challenge now! :-)

No I hadn't! I heard something #26 was coming but not what yet - cool tho, I reckon I can hit that! (I won't be running of course!) I use the map my run app - luckily you can switch to walk/cycle/run/swim etc :-)

Should be pretty easy to do. Must be at least 4km per hour though for it to count. Done my first 5 miles today (walking!). Totally addicted to it :-)

Yes if I do 2 miles a day that'll cover it, that's easy enough, and that pace is lower than my usual, so as long as I have no more bouts of flu where my daily steps were all of about 500 I should be fine!!
