Managed 4 hours of exercise, but ate out twice this week and got KFC on Sunday. I think it's set me back a whole month in just one week. Measured my waist and hips though and glad to see they are the same as months ago so I'm trying not to throw in the towel completely. Starting fresh on Monday.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
