I hit my goal! I am now lighter than I was when I exited high school, and when I got my drivers license when I was 18. Next goal is the century mark. Still hoping I can drop another 48lbs by the end of the year. Started at 428. Now at 348. :D :D
348.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
