I know that is says that my weight is up, but actually it is down from last weekends excursion to Sacramento. It has been coming down every day and I have hopes that it will continue. Even though I didn't get in a jog last night I did do some weight lifting and it felt good. I also got to be early and I feel much more rested this morning. Here's to a good day!
167.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
