Not overly happy with my weigh in. I'll deal with it. It's a new day and I am thankful for it.

On another front i am trying to decide if chia seeds and I get a long. Do they cause bloating and/or gas for anyone else??

165.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
