9st 12.5 (3 off at WW) I think the WW result this week was a bit of a fluke caused by the warmth of the hall compared to its usual arctic conditions! So although I was tentatively hopeful for a decent result this morning I wasn't overly surprised at its being more modest :-) I'm pleased tho since we were away two nights last weekend, two dinners out and two all you can eat breakfasts! Some nice seafront walks and up at beachy head too tho :-) I've signed up to Bounts to earn points for hitting some activity targets, which you can exchange for high street vouchers, linked to my fitbit and the Map My Run app - my refer a friend code is fox1109 if anyone is interested - Shaz, they do it for Jawbone too :-) So that should encourage me to up my step count, I shall reset the goal to 7000 from my meagre 5000 - although some days, esp my work days, I struggle to even manage that, I find myself marching around at home in the evening to try and get it up to target!

Thanks for using my code (and giving me extra points!) :-). How quickly is it giving you both your points? I did 19000 steps yesterday and 20000 so far today but it's not given me any points for it yet, so I do think it is working properly. Might un link my Jawbone Up and connect it again to see if that works

Mine comes up with the points quite quickly, it says in the FAQ that it's usually within a couple of hours and certainly within a day, and if not then you should contact them. I'm not sure how the Jawbone works but for fitbit you have to open the app for it to initiate a sync. I'm still bewildered by the number of steps you get through in a day! I'm thinking I should quit striding out and take pigeon steps instead! How many miles/km is 26K steps?!

I've managed to do it now, was linking it to boyfriends Jawbone instead of mine! Seems to be working ok now! My 26k steps yesterday was 12 miles, and the day before we did 9 miles !! It's only cos we were at the beach so walked loads in the day then back out again at night. I've lowered my daily goal to 8500 instead of 10000 so I know I'll get my points, and because it's quite difficult to get to 10000 some days when I'm working. Thank you for telling me about Bounts, I think it's brilliant :-)
