Charlie got back from work late last night so we had (home made) beef curry at like 9pm.
I can actually still feel it like a lead weight in me. Ugh to late night eating.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
