Hurt my back a week ago really bad. Been laid up and unable to do much of anything until today. Needless to say DH was in charge of food. Back to the grind and hopefully I can at least start walking in a couple days. Work my way back to running.
204.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
