Happy Friday All.

Slowly but surely getting back on track.

Weather looking up around SW Ohio this weekend - out of the freeze for a few days. Days getting longer.

Gym time has been cut way way down due to work. But - going today - which is good.

Hope you all had a successful week and a great weekend!
152.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
