Another challenge - another failure. Not the way I wanted this year to start. Lets see how I make it thru this week with the cardio. Already missed day one, and I'll be traveling Wed & Thurs. ARGH!
292.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 127.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
