Thanks everyone. A little hungry today. Not sure if I am getting enough calories or I need to take down the exercise a notch.

I'd eat a small snack or drink something over dialing down exercise, the movement revs your metabolism too. Just my 2 cents, lol. BTW- its a good thing it means you are doing it right.....

Thanks nicholaix. I walked up 482 stairs yesterday and 699 today. My Quads are on FIRE. This is a lot of stairs. I will add more food.
