Lowest weight yet! I'm stoked.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1518 kcal Fat: 50.12g | Prot: 61.54g | Carb: 209.58g.   Breakfast: whole foods granola, cherries, cranberry green tea, peach, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: goat cheese, honey, yogurt, peach, leek, gouda cheese, zucchini, applegate chicken sausage. Dinner: frozen yogurt. Snacks/Other: Méditerranée Wild Blackberry Yogurt, Green & Black's 85%, cherry tomato. more...
