Nice job, looks like your holding right around goal of 150. IMO that's an accomplishment in this time of year.

Thanks guys. Yeah, Jim - it has been tough, particularly because I have not been able to get to gym as often as normal. Honestly, if i can go thru a .4ish drop a week to 145, i'd be happy. Holiday food has been a bit devilish - but worth it.
