Damn - MORE fluctuation? I thought it was tough enough that it kicked me down from the blue bar area. :/
Well, fat percentage is down, so I know I am doing well. Just hate to see the weight going up.
Anyways, it will be gone in a few days - we all know it. I will keep going as before.
It's weekend! :) Life is good!
228.4 lb Lost so far: 113.3 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Its time to quit weighing in daily your at a point where just water can be a large swing each day. If your not diabetic I'd suggest a little more sugars *fresh fruit) too little sugar intake can deprive you of some of the ability to process fats out of your body. Just a thought just because we plataeu its no excuse not to keep trying.

I have a friend who has lost around 200lbs and she still weighs in everyday... She says it's because she's scared she'll gain it back overnight lol...
