Up slightly on the scale. Did a workout yesterday at lunch with my coworker. We did our 6 minute workout and then went for a 2.5 k run. It was soo hard. I had to stop and walk. I felt sooo frustrated. It's like I've lost my stamina. Normally I can run a kilometer in 6.5 min but lately its been taking me 7 minutes. I just want things back to where I was before the surgery.

Went over to my parents' farm last night. My dad went to the sale and bought six cows. So we had to catch them and put neck straps on and get them fed. It was a bit of exercise! Luckily my DH was around to help because my dad (he's almost 82) can not move fast enough. One animal did knock him down because didn't get out of the way. But he was ok, he might have a bruise or two today. I'll be over tomorrow to see how things are and get bedding and feed ready for them for the week.

So plans for the weekend - Santa Claus parade tomorrow! and then my work childrens' Christmas party on Sunday. My hubby is working nights though for the weekend, so he'll miss the fun.
